WEDNESDAY 17, 6:00 – 9:00 PM
If you’ve eaten at Stillwater or Black Cow Bistro, if you’ve visited the Harvest Market, or if you’ve tried Abel Gin, then you’ve been stepping into Kim Seagram’s world. In the past few decades Kim has opened multiple restaurants, started vineyards and distilleries, helped to get the award-winning (and thriving) Harvest Market off the ground and around all of this, has found time to volunteer for a range of committees and community organisations, including over a decade as the deputy chair of the Brand Tasmania Council. Polly McGee interviews Kim about her startup life and journey. If you love food, wine, gin, business and Tasmania, you won’t want to miss this event!
